Last week, Reds10 proudly joined 37 other organisations at the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Awards.
The event was hosted in the prestigious Royal Automobile Club, where Reds10 met both other recipients of the awards and members of the team from the Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association for Greater London, who drive the Employer Recognition Scheme as part of their wider work.
The Silver award follows our pledge of support as part of the Armed Forces Covenant and the Bronze award previously.
The ERS encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
As a silver award winner, Reds10 has shown it actively communicates and upholds a positive stance for employees who are veterans, Reservists and Cadet Force Adult volunteers, as well as spouses and partners of those serving in the Armed Forces.
