17 October 2023Reds10 appoints Ryan Geldard as Justice Sector Lead to accelerate the roll out of new products from our existing accommodation platforms
Reds10 is excited to be joined by Ryan Geldard. As Justice Sector Lead, Ryan will spearhead the continued development of our Justice Sector offering, and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, he will be crucial in the business’ continued growth.
Ryan will also lend his expertise to accelerating the roll out of new products for our Justice and our other public sector markets from existing accommodation platforms. He brings with him experience forged in top tier main contracting and, most recently, the scaling of a national off-site construction business where he built a reputation for innovative, client focused off-site construction and logistics solutions.

Ryan started his early career in traditional contracting working with BAM Construct UK, delivering complex, major construction projects. Over the last eight years, he has worked extensively within the MMC industry leading teams in pre-construction, the development of lean manufacturing facilities and the completion of major award-winning projects, including hybrid schools and residential builds.
In recent years, he has been instrumental in in deploying rapid solutions to the pandemic and other major global events and has advised government departmernts on accommodation solutions for housing displaced people.
He has a passion for building strong delivery teams with clients and finding solutions to challenges that deliver value.
Ryan has seen individual recognition through a Top 42 under 42 award.
