REDS10 (UK) Ltd is compliant with the current GDPR Laws, compliancy means that data we hold about you must be:

The Data We Hold
- Individual and Company Names
- Contact details including Addresses, Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers and Email Addresses
- Financial Information – Banking Details (Account Number and Sort Code) stored only on our online banking system and used for making payments
Collecting Data Online
We collect information publicly available on social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google+ such as likes, shares, clicks and posts relating to our company. This data is usually anonymised directly at source.
We also collect data about your use of our website using Third Party applications such as cookies and Google Analytics. We collect standard internet log information such as the pages visited, the amount of time spent on our website and how you found it. This data is anonymised at source and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Your personal details will be only be stored within our computer system and on our secure accounts database, this information will be sent once a year to our accountant and returned to us once our end of year audit is complete. We will not share your information with any third parties.
How Long Your Data Is Stored
We will keep basic information for a maximum of 2 years, after which it will be reviewed. Financial data will be stored for 7 years

- You have the right to enquire why we hold your personal data.
- You have the right to enquire who has access to your personal data and where we acquired it.
