Apprenticeships
At Reds10, we provide a wide range of apprenticeship programmes designed to kickstart your career and build your skills in the construction industry.
Our dynamic apprenticeship programmes offer a hands-on, immersive learning experience across a range of disciplines including:

T-Levels
The Reds10 T-Level Programme involves students rotating through multiple departments across the company to expose them to a multitude of business areas. Each student is set practical objectives for their placement and has access to a dedicated mentor.
Study at college alongside a 45-day placement over 11 months, covering:

Degree Apprenticeships
Study at university alongside 30 hours employment per week.
