Reds10 part of cutting-edge Proof of Concept

Reds10 is working in partnership with accommodation operator HOST as part of cutting-edge technology partner EP4 on an innovative Proof of Concept (PoC) to optimise the value and performance of Sedgemoor Campus, one of the accommodation sites for the workers of the Hinkley Point C build project.

EP4 is a collaboration between Reds10 and technology providers GWT Insight, Xeropoint. For the PoC, EP4 and HOST are creating real-time insight and forecasting of building, asset and operational performance hosted in a live digital twin that enables us to see trends and predict future performance, enabling pre-emptive action to be taken to improve the quality of service and operations.

Using the digital twin, EP4 and HOST aim to:

• Improve customer experience and satisfaction
• Enable better quality sleep for guests and improving personal productivity
• Reduce utility consumption and carbon emissions
• Reduce the cost of operation
• Optimise maintenance to SFG20 standards
• Improve resilience and performance of building assets
• Provide data to inform smart design and operation of future developments
