M J MAPP is a specialist in property and asset management, with a key property located in Wardour Street, Soho. One of London’s most famous districts, Soho offers its occupants a vibrant working environment, coupled with high class restaurants and shopping locations in close proximity, making it particularly popular within the creative and media industries. The managed property in question, which is occupied by four separate tenant companies, urgently required a new modern reception area, but there was no possibility of the building shutting down while the work is completed.
Reds10 were appointed for the refurbishment project thanks to their suggestion of completing the work completely out of office hours (post 6pm and on weekends) in order to guarantee minimal disruption to the working day of the building’s occupants and their clients.
Over the course of just three weekends, the reception area was fully refurbished with new flooring, new fit-for-purpose furniture, large scale wall mirror, new lighting, new reception desk, customised signage and more.
Reds10 fully refurbished one of our key London reception areas over the course of just 3 weekends, allowing our tenants to continue work unaffected during the working week. The project was delivered in a timely manner and handled with professionalism throughout; we are delighted with the final product.
