We are extremely proud to announce that we are amongst the 23 firms appointed to deliver the modular building solutions framework for the public sector.
The framework, running over four years, has been developed with a particular focus on education and healthcare, but also allows for projects in other sectors such as housing, defence, commercial and retail.
John Welch, Deputy Director – Construction Services, said:
“CCS is really pleased to be able to provide the public sector with such a comprehensive solution to their temporary building requirements.
Although we have put education and healthcare sector customers at the forefront of our framework design this framework has been prepared to serve all aspects of central government and the wider public sector for their temporary and semi-permanent modular building requirements.”
Paul Ruddick, our CEO, had the following to say about the appointment:
“We are excited to be part of a framework set to deliver modular buildings to the public sector in a way that is sustainable, cost effective and fit for purpose, while still being creative and state-of-the-art. It’s also a great opportunity to show off Reds10’s continued success in the sector. “
