Earlier this month, Reds10 had the opportunity to attend the Construction Youth Trust Charity’s 23rd Annual Christmas dinner at Carpenters’ Hall.
Working in partnership with local authorities, community groups, educators and key industry employers, the Construction Youth Trust supports young people, whose journey to work may be particularly challenging due to issues arising from financial circumstances, lack of awareness of opportunities, low self-esteem and more. Through the help of their partners, the Charity works to deliver free courses and careers advice to young people in England and Wales.
As a key employer in the market, and one that is more than aware of the issues faced by young people struggling to enter the job market, Reds10 were delighted to swap our high-vis jackets for black ties for the evening and the opportunity to do our part.
We scrub up well, wouldn’t you say?
