Reds10 has joined The 5% Club, reinforcing its commitment to apprenticeships, graduate programmes and developing future talent across construction.

Reds10 has officially become a member of The 5% Club, an employer-led movement dedicated to creating opportunities for apprentices, graduates and other early careers professionals.

The organisation brings together employers committed to investing in future talent, with members working towards having at least 5% of their workforce taking part in earn-and-learn development programmes.

This aligns closely with Reds10’s long-standing focus on developing talent and creating varied career opportunities across the business. Through apprenticeships, graduate pathways and ongoing professional development, Reds10 continues to invest in the skills and talent needed to support our future growth.

At a time when the construction industry faces ongoing skills shortages and increasing demand for skilled professionals, creating clear routes into the sector has never been more important. Apprenticeships and graduate programmes play a vital role in attracting new talent, developing specialist skills and helping to build the workforce needed for the future.
