What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Preparing detailed estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing tenders.
  • Administering contracts, managing variations, and handling subcontractor packages.
  • Producing financial reports, forecasts, and budget updates.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
  • CSCS certification.
  • Membership or working towards RICS accreditation.
