The role of Site Manager at Reds10

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and adaptable roaming Site Manager to join our Reds10 Team, both working and travelling UK wide.

As a key member of the team, you will ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and exercise the stop work authority where safety standards are compromised as well as ensure quality control checks and the inspection of work carried out. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10(UK)Ltd construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project and take responsibility for the wellbeing and management of the site team.

This role will require frequent travel between sites across the UK.

 

Responsibilities as a roaming Site Manager at Reds10:

  • Demonstrate great Health and Safety stewardship, leading Reds10 Health and safety agenda on site.
  • Oversee onsite construction, establishing and managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Programming sub-contractor requirements in order to ensure the site is adequately resourced at all times, and programmes are updated and met.
  • Ensure daily safety inspections take place and that any issues raised are resolved as soon as possible.
  • Monitor and report regularly to the operations manager on the progress of a project including regular programme updates.
  • Identify potential issues before they arise and flag them to the operations manager.
  • Keep the site team motivated and focused.
  • Use BIM platforms to ensure all team members are working from the correct drawings and to share amendments with the Design team.
