Reds10 is hugely proud to have received the Armed Forces Covenant's Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award!
This is the highest honour for organisations championing the Armed Forces community and follows the previous Bronze and Silver we were awarded through the Covenant over the years.
Our support for reservists, cadet force adult volunteers, and veterans is embedded in our culture. Through a dedicated military career pathway, partnerships with armed forces charities, and support for cadet programmes, we’re proud to stand behind those who serve. With guidance from the Greater London Reserve Forces and Cadet Association, we have aligned our values with the Armed Forces Covenant to create an inclusive, supportive workplace.
Achieving the ERS Gold Award is a proud moment for Reds10. Supporting the armed forces community is part of who we are. This award reflects the dedication of our team and our commitment to creating opportunities and recognising the immense value veterans, reservists, cadet force adult volunteers and military families bring. It’s an honour to be recognised and an important reminder of the enormous contribution and that our service men and women make in the defence of our country.

Following his service as a Corporal in the Armed Forces, Johnny Rowland joined Reds10 as an Assistant Project Manager. He has witnessed first-hand the support Reds10 offers those seeking a smooth and successful transition from military service to the construction industry.
Reds10 gave me the chance to be part of something meaningful again — contributing to projects that benefit the Armed Forces community, while being supported every step of the way into a new chapter of my career. Through tailored training, mentoring from fellow veterans, and a team culture built on trust and shared values, I felt understood and empowered from day one. This journey has proven to me how powerful it is when a company not only values veterans but backs that up with action — creating real opportunity, purpose, and belonging after life in uniform.
