MODERNISING UK’S PRISONS WITH SECURE, DIGNFIED LIVING CONDITIONS
Redefining secure construction through intelligent manufacturing.
We are determined to modernise justice infrastructure across the UK. The challenges of overcrowded facilities and deteriorating conditions highlight the urgency for rapid assembly, precision-engineered buildings that balance security with rehabilitation-focused environments.
As long-standing partners of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), we have already built over 2000 units across the estate and are experts in delivering specialised facilities that fit within tight timelines and meet strict regulatory compliance protocols. Specialising in Category C and D prisons, we leverage Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to ensure factory-controlled quality that supports the MOJ’s goals. Our capabilities cover everything from rapid deployment cells, to ancillary buildings and workshop spaces.
By facilitating accelerated delivery and operational excellence, we are playing our part in transforming the landscape of UK justice infrastructure.

Release on Temporary Licence Programme (ROTL)
In 2024, we proudly launched our Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL) Programme at our Offsite Facility in Driffield. By collaborating with HMP Hatfield, we have provided pre-release employment opportunities to individuals currently serving sentences.
This programme offers employment and training to those on licence, aiming to equip them with a solid work record upon completing their sentence. Reds10’s goal is to either offer full-time employment to candidates post-release or provide them with a valuable work record if they relocate from Driffield. This initiative aims to reduce reoffending rates and enhance employability skills for ex-offenders. We are incredibly proud of all our ROTL team members, and are excited to now see these placements continue to be converted into full-time employment.
