Ryan Geldard

Ryan is a recognised leader in Industrialised Construction, with a wealth of experience that encompasses work-winning, project delivery, and strategic growth. At Reds10, Ryan spearheads our operations. He has a plethora of experience in off-site delivery, fostering innovation in our factory, logistics, and hybrid construction methods, and also leads our Justice sector to deliver secure and sustainable prison infrastructure within the custodial estate.

Ryan’s career highlights include overseeing the successful delivery of over £1 billion in construction projects, advising government departments, and serving as the Chair of the Employment Advisory Board at HMP Humber Prison. Ryan is particularly engaged in our people-centric initiatives, such as our apprenticeship and T-Level programmes, Release on Temporary License, and the Prisoners Building Homes initiatives, all of which support our vision for a better industry and long-lasting societal impact.
