17 August 2023Reds10 appoints Shaun Tate as Chief Operating Officer to accelerate its ambition to become the leader in a new breed of Tier 1 contractors
Following the third consecutive year of turnover and profit growth, exciting award-winning projects and investment in our product and people, Reds10 is excited to be joined by Shaun Tate. Shaun joins as Chief Operating Officer (COO), following 35 years in the construction industry, primarily centred on project delivery.

Together, we will continue to challenge and push what the construction industry can and should be, with MMC and technology at its core.”
Shaun has led construction projects across residential, commercial, education, biopharmaceutical research, medical facilities, and many more sectors. He thrives on complex construction schemes and has been instrumental in delivering challenging, award-winning, technical solutions.
He joins from international construction firm Mace, where he spent 17 years as a Director and, in more recent times, was the driving force behind launching and running a business unit focussed on maximising off-site pre-manufacture value and assembly. The unit leveraged digital platforms to integrate design, manufacture, assembly, delivery, and logistics planning into on-site assembly. Shaun strongly believes that off-site construction methods offer an opportunity to drive more intelligent construction solutions that will enable clients to benefit from a far more predictable and controlled construction delivery experience.

On 29 November 2024, RAF Marham Stn Cdr, Gp Capt L Boyd visited the Red 10 construction site for the new accommodation blocks on camp. RAF Marham is the home of the F-35B Lightning, a 5th Generation, multi-role, stealth fighter. The Station is also home to a range of engineering support functions from maintenance to frontline support.
