Reds10 to partner with Hull City Ladies FC to inspire positive change

Inspiring Positive Change Together

We are delighted to announce that we have become a main partner of Hull City Ladies Football Club. Reds10 will become a Principal & Community Partner and we’re very excited about working together to break down barriers and increase participation in our respective sectors.

The collaboration will also see the company proudly represented on the arm of the new 2022/24 home shirt and on the arm of the 2022/23 Girls Elite Academy shirt.

Hull City Ladies’ and Reds10’s values naturally align around creating opportunities for people in the region to develop, empower and achieve. We look forward to working collaboratively to inspire positive change.

Reds10 and Hull City Ladies believe in all of us coming together as a community, to make our society better. We can all make a difference. Both parties are already making a positive impact in the community by creating pathways and further opportunities for people in our region to increase confidence, knowledge and skills by developing and creating programmes with businesses, communities, schools, supporters and the wider local community. Together, we can have an even bigger impact.

As well as Reds10 being represented on shirts, we are working closely together to break down barriers to participation in what are traditionally male-dominated industries - football and construction - through several exciting initiatives, from joint workshops in local schools and raising the awareness around apprenticeships to working with Reds10 staff and their children on the new design of the home shirt in association with Wolds Engineering.

Watch this space for more exciting news soon.

“The worlds of sport and construction are stronger for having a more diverse playing community and workforce and from the minute I heard about HCLFC’s purpose, vision and ambition I was inspired and excited about the similarities between us and the possibilities that a partnership could bring. We both aim to bring lasting change in our sectors by challenging preconceptions and breaking down barriers to participation and together we can accelerate our collective ambitions, learning from each other as our partnership grows. As the proud father of and rugby coach to, a transgender child and a daughter who have both benefited massively from their involvement in team sports, I am delighted to be able to work with HCLFC. Together we will find new and innovative ways of helping others to overcome some of the challenges that my own children have faced and to realise their full potential in sport and/or construction.”

Matt Bennion, Reds10 CEO

“I’m delighted that the club has formed an exciting partnership with Reds10, I’m looking forward to working collaboratively together and breaking down barriers to participation. Reds10 values are closely aligned with ours and I’m pleased they will become Hull City Ladies Principal and Community Partner and represented on the arm of the new home shirt. We have a lot of exciting projects upcoming with Reds10 which will inspire positive change within our communities. We're looking forward to a long term partnership which will continue to give Women and Girls opportunities to develop, empower and achieve, and the possibility of achieving anything you put your mind to. The dual career is being highlighted and recognised now more than ever by us and the FAWNL, working collaboratively with Reds10 we’re helping young women and girls overcome challenges and stigmas that sport and construction faces.”
