It might only be February, but the team is already full steam ahead on a number of school building schemes set to open for the start of the 2019 school year.
Two of the most recent projects we’ve been appointed to are:
Ada Lovelace CofE High School: a new Free School with a future permanent site in Ealing, West London. For the first academic years the school will be based on the site of William Perkin CofE High School in Greenford. Reds10 have been appointed to provide a 1,200m2 double storey temporary modular building, which the school will hire for 12 months. Planning Applications have been submitted.
Sir Frederick Gibberd College: part of BMAT, a multi-academy trust supporting primary and secondary schools across Essex and East London, the school for 11 to 19yo will ultimately have its own permanent site in Harlow, Essex. Reds10 have been appointed to provide a 500m2 single storey modular building on a 12 month hire for their temporary site on the grounds of Burnt Mill Academy, while their permanent site is constructed. Designs are currently being finalised ahead of Planning Application.
