At the forefront of Sustainable Employment REDS10 enable unskilled, unemployed individuals into sustainable skilled jobs on construction projects in their local council. Our approach supports these individuals into long-term sustainable careers while also addressing construction skills gaps at no cost to the public purse.
Our programme works in partnership with Local Councils, the Developers and Contractors on the construction projects.
