Reds10 Named as a Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Offsite Construction Solutions framework
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
The Offsite Construction Solutions framework, which runs over seven years and is due to officially launch in April 2023, issued six lots across several sectors via a competitive tendering process. Reds10 are pleased to have been named on all lots covered in our tender submission for 3D Volumetric building solutions:
- Lot 1 – Built Estate incl Education (Lot 1.1 (Hire and purchase up to £15m) and Lot 1.2 (Purchase £15m +))
- Lot 2 – Healthcare
- Lot 3 – Residential
- Lot 4 – Justice
- Lot 5 – Defence
Customers of the framework can access 3D Volumetric School buildings, accommodation blocks, offices, hospitals and healthcare facilities, prisons and homes across our various lots. All of these buildings can be designed to net zero standard and are constructed off-site in the UK.
The Offsite Construction Solutions framework follows on from the four year Modular Building Solutions framework, launched in 2019, which Reds10 was also named on.
