New Framework Delivery Director Appointed at Reds10

Reds10 has appointed Richard Abrams as its new Framework Delivery Director, strengthening the business’s leadership capability as it continues to grow its framework portfolio. 

Richard brings more than 20 years’ experience across preconstruction, bidding and framework delivery, with a strong track record of securing and converting large-scale public sector frameworks into high-quality, repeatable delivery programmes. He joins Reds10 from Willmott Dixon, where he led major education framework activity across the North of England and played a key role in securing over £480m of Department for Education work. 

In his new role, Richard will lead the strategic and operational delivery of Reds10’s frameworks, working closely with clients, partners and internal teams to drive sustainable growth and programme excellence.
