Steve Beechey is Executive Chair with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has held senior executive roles at Tarmac Plc, Jarvis Plc, Laing O’Rourke and Wates Group before joining Reds10. A seasoned board member with 26 years’ board experience, he brings strong expertise in business strategy and corporate governance. Steve is also a Non-Executive Director at Alumasc Plc and CSCS. A long-time advocate of industrialised construction, he has led major projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, defence and justice, with a combined value exceeding £8bn, helping drive innovation and efficiency across the built environment.
