Rhys has 10 years’ experience supporting design delivery across modular construction projects. As Technical Director, he manages design teams and ensure factories, sites and preconstruction teams have the information they need, when they need it, while driving efficiency and resolving technical challenges.
Specialising in steelwork, architectural detailing and modular systems, Rhys plays a key role in improving processes and developing practical solutions. His experience includes early work on Knaphill Apartments and long-term involvement in the company’s placement programme. With a straightforward, empowering approach, he focuses on enabling teams to perform at their best and continuously improving how projects are delivered.
