Greg is Reds10’s Associate Director of Delivery with 16 years’ experience leading the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors. A Civil Engineering graduate, he is responsible for coordinating project management and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
With a background spanning construction engineering, design and management, Greg brings strong expertise in construction, project, and engineering leadership. His experience includes RAF Marham’s F35 facilities and Crossrail’s Tottenham Court Road station. A people-focused leader, he is driven by solving complex challenges with new industry methods and technologies, aligning teams, and inspiring others to excel in the industry.
