• A turnkey solution for the construction and installation of a modular building housing 2 Nr MRI Scanners and associated equipment
• The diversion of existing services, groundworks, foundation, M&E installations, interior fit-out, external paving and ramps etc

Reds10 were required to provide a new state-of-the-art MRI Scanning Suite in 20 weeks from possession of site to handover and scanning of patients. The project needed to be designed around a main sewer running at 5m below the site, forming a connection into the main hospital building and plant located at roof level.

Reds10 were able to deliver the building on budget and on time through pushing the boundaries of our off-site construction works. Whilst on-site foundation and piling works took place, works off-site included not only the modular building itself, but also the installation of faraday cages for MRI scanning rooms and a roof plant deck with a mechanical plant loaded onto it. We were able to significantly reduce the programme through maximisation of off-site works.
