Reds10 Appoints New CEO and Launches Reds10 Group structure

Reds10, a leader in industrialised construction, has appointed Ryan Geldard as its new chief executive, as part of a wider restructure that brings the vertically integrated business into a new group structure along with its sister companies.

Under the changes, Reds10 founder and chairman Paul Ruddick takes the new role of CEO of Reds10 Group, overseeing a family of nine businesses that sit within the Group. Paul will also continue in his role as Reds10 chairman.

Ryan Geldard, currently Reds10 Managing Director – Offsite, takes the role of CEO of Reds10, assuming day-to-day leadership of the business and driving forward its mission to industrialise construction, embed AI across its operations, and deliver exceptional value to clients.

The changes are effective from 1 April 2026.

Reds10 deploys Modern Method of Construction (MMC) to design and build high-quality sustainable buildings for the public sector, with a particular focus on defence, education, justice, health, as well as temporary accommodation and social housing.

The Reds10 Group comprises nine businesses:

  1. Reds10 (UK) Limited (industrialised construction)
  2. Reds10 Modular (temporary hire and installation)
  3. Apteriors (FF&E interior design studio)
  4. Enlight10 (M&E specialist)
  5. K10 Apprenticeships (UK’s largest construction-focused employment and apprenticeship agency)
  6. Frame & Finish (fit out specialists)
  7. Bowmart (door manufacturer)
  8. DLH Lifting (crane and installation specialists)
  9. Studio FFE (furniture manufacturer)

The restructure comes after Reds10 reported robust financial results for the 2024/25, with revenue of £144.7m and an industry-leading operating margin of 4.8%. Reds10 has set out an ambitious plan to grow its revenue to £500m and is targeting an expansion into the healthcare sector, as well as the affordable housing and temporary accommodation sectors, providing high quality sustainable homes for local authorities to help them tackle the housing crisis in their communities.

Reds10 manufactures all its buildings off-site at its advanced construction facility in Driffield, East Yorkshire, where it has five factories totalling 300,000 sq ft. By investing in its own workforce, the company is able to deliver sustainable and innovative buildings in modern manufacturing facilities which are then transported and assembled on site to the most exacting standards.
