Find out how your skills can help shape construction's future
That is why 24 veterans are already part of our team, and why we have achieved the Gold Award in the Armed Forces Covenant for our support of reservists and veterans.
We invest in veterans because we know veterans can help lead our business and our entire industry to a better future.
The discipline, teamwork and problem-solving skills learned in military service are extremely valuable in the construction industry and they are essential to what we are building at Reds10.
As we revolutionise how buildings are designed, manufactured and delivered, we need people who can adapt, lead and thrive under pressure. People like you, who understand that precision and attention to detail can be the difference between success and failure.

Our partnerships
Royal British Veterans' Enterprise
RBVE is a national Armed Forces charity dedicated to helping veterans, people with disabilities and the unemployed find meaningful work and lead independent lives. Reds10 supports the RBVE’s fundraising efforts and has welcomed “Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company” – one RBVE’s initiatives – directly into our supply chain.
Veterans' Foundation
Year on year, Reds10 takes on the D-Day Cycle Trip, alongside the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, to raise money for the Veteran’s Foundation as well as remembering those who have served for our nation as they visited battlefield sites across Normandy. The Foundation assist today’s veterans and their families by working with hundreds of smaller charities who share in their passion to provide a better life for armed forces family who are in need. The cyclists covered 100km a day across Northern France, the home to the D-Day Landings.
Helping Homeless Veterans
Reds10 has a long history of supporting homeless veterans. Part of this involved sponsoring two flats in Talbot Mews, providing not just accommodation but comprehensive support for homeless veterans. This sponsorship enabled residents to successfully transition into stable employment, including one veteran who moved from our sponsored accommodation into a role with Mercedes-AMG PATRONAS Formula 1.
