T-Levels
Blend college studies with a 45-day placement at Reds10 over 11 months
Our T-Level programme gives you real exposure to how industrialised construction works. You can rotate through different departments giving you the autonomy to discover the right path for you, work on practical objectives with a dedicated mentor and see firsthand how we are changing the industry.

Apprenticeships

Our degree apprenticeships are Level 4 & 6 programmes that let you gain a full degree whilst working and earning. You will split your time between hands-on experience at Reds10 and academic study, graduating with qualifications as well as real industry experience.

One-Year Paid Placements
Take a year out from your degree to gain valuable industry experience
