Orla brings nearly a decade of health and safety expertise across diverse construction sectors, from major infrastructure projects to complex high risk operations. She is passionate about embedding safety into design and leveraging off-site manufacturing solutions to eliminate risks not only for the frontline operatives but the communities we work within.

At Reds10, Orla leads our Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy with a hands-on approach, combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of people and processes. Her mission is clear: make safety integral to every decision, reduce on-site risks through innovative design, and deliver projects where everyone goes home safe. Her vision is grounded in our Health & Safety manifesto: “Safe and well today. Here tomorrow.”
