Richard Abrams is Framework Delivery Director at Reds10, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s framework portfolio. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Richard has led major public sector framework bids and delivery programmes across education, commercial and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Reds10, Richard held multiple senior preconstruction and bid leadership roles where he secured significant Department for Education framework work nationwide. Richard began his career in site-based roles, progressing from Setting Out Engineer to Project Manager, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
