Quality Policy

It is the policy of R10 to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose, and the context of the organisation.

It is the policy of Reds10 to:

  • Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.
  • To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.
  • The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory, and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
  • Educate and train our employees to encourage awareness and understanding of policy objectives and their individual obligations in respect of this qualitypolicy.
  • Ensure are activities comply with legal requirements and code of practice.
  • Continuously expand the quality managements system effectiveness.
  • Both management and employees to review policy and initiate targets or necessary adjustments.
  • Encourage a motivated workforce by carrying out regular appraisals with employees to produce commitment and the highest level of service.
  • Directors and managers to co-operate in matters regarding with Quality.
  • Apply Quality to all work carried out.

Summary of objectives:

  • Provide a seamless, customer focused service from inception to end of warranty.
  • Design, deliver and operate quality buildings that save our clients’ money and improve their productivity.
  • Push the boundaries of off-site modular – deliver buildings with architectural integrity.
  • Set a new benchmark for quality.
  • Industrialise standard components and production and eliminate waste in every step of the process.

R10 will incorporate maintaining the importance of the quality system and its continuous improvement, also to be regularly reviewed by “Top Management” to ensure it remains relevant to the company. The Quality System is subject to both internal and external annual audits.
