Reds10 has been appointed to the Department for Education’s CF25 framework, continuing our long-standing relationship with the DfE and reinforcing our role as a trusted delivery partner for modern, high-performance education facilities.

We have secured places across all regional low-value lots, including the North East, Yorkshire & the Humber, East Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West, and the North West & West Midlands. This national coverage enables Reds10 to support local authorities and education providers across England throughout the life of the framework.

CF25 is an eight-year framework (six years with the option of two one-year extensions) through which the DfE will invest over £15bn in new and refurbished schools. The framework places a strong emphasis on build quality, sustainability, net-zero performance and speed of delivery.

Reds10’s industrialised, factory-led approach provides earlier cost and programme certainty, reduced delivery risk and significantly faster construction, helping education providers open schools sooner while consistently meeting DfE technical and environmental requirements.
