Reds10 has successfully delivered Wembley Manor School, a state-of-the-art SEND school in Brent providing 150 specialist places for local children. Commissioned to meet the borough’s growing demand for SEND provision, the school ensures families can now access the right support closer to home, reducing the need to travel outside Brent for appropriate education.
Spanning 3,801m² across three storeys, the school is Reds10’s largest completed three-storey education building to date. The structure comprises 121 precision-engineered modular units, manufactured at Reds10’s offsite facility in East Yorkshire and transported to Wembley for installation. This approach enabled a significantly accelerated programme that included both demolition and construction phases, while carefully managing community impact.
