Main purpose of the role/Key objectives

To produce component parts to the required standards and specification in line with the S.O.P and drawings.

Accountabilities

  • Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
  • Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
  • Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Assist in the production of high-quality components
  • Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager

Key skills

  • Ability to follow drawings, specifications and instructions with accuracy, and in line with the S.O.P
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for carpentry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
