What You Will Do
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Reds10, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success. Your role will involve:
Leadership: Guiding and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
Client-Centricity: Building strong relationships to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
Risk Management: Identifying opportunities and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
Commercial Oversight: Managing budgets, supply chains, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Innovation: Developing and refining processes to deliver better outcomes.
About You
You’re a natural leader who thrives on challenges and brings:
- A proven track record in quantity surveying, ideally in modular or construction projects.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
- Membership with or working towards RICS (or equivalent qualification).
- The ability to inspire and develop teams, driving performance and collaboration.
