Your role

As our Building Safety Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for witnessing the critical building safety and weatherproofing elements of the manufacture, installation and closing-up of all modular buildings and to provide assurance and evidence that installations comply with the designed details and relevant building regulations and best practices.

What we expect from you

Accuracy and completeness of of inspection records, as well as assurance of the quality, compliance and completeness of critical building safety waterproofing details on all module installations.

 

Key skills

This role may have big challenges and it is essential that you have excellent technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations, installation methods, techniques, and best practices.

We are seeking a personable and dedicated individual with excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. We expect our building safety site supervisor to have proven abilities to review and improve processes and procedures, looking for innovative and creative solutions.

You should be flexible to travel to factory and sites, along with the ability to build trust across all levels of the team internally and externally. An aptitude for problem-solving, great attention to detail, numerical literacy, and the ability to understand and apply feedback on work performance is also crucial.

 

Location

This is a roaming role and will require frequent travel to a number of different sites as well as our Driffield factory.
