We are looking for a personable, friendly and driven HSE lead to join our Reds10 team!

The role

As a key member of our team, you will establish, manage and improve the company’s safety and environmental practices. Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, has a proactive safety culture and is providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

This position will be based in our London headquarters but will require regular visits to our sites, factories and other offices.

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain the HSEW management system in accordance with international and local regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
  • Manage and investigate all incidents and accidents and report findings and learning to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HSEW team members and other stakeholders on matters related to HSEW policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HSEW training and education programs to employees.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and contractors, to ensure compliance with HSEW requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in behavioural led challenge management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HSEW regulations and standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement HSEW policies and procedures.
  • Ability to conduct safety and environmental audits and risk assessments.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS office applications.
