The Role
Reds10 is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Architectural Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned company that is redefining the offsite construction industry through innovation, collaboration, and exceptional design.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for offsite construction projects.
- Ensure that designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and building codes.
- Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design tools to create precise architectural drawings.
- Work closely with construction teams to integrate designs into the offsite construction process.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design software for construction.
- Strong technical drawing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
