The inspirational winners of the 2022 Construction News Awards were crowned in front of the industry on 14 July at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
The Construction News Awards, celebrating its 26th year in 2022, brought together more than 1,200 of the UK’s leading clients and contractors for a glittering evening of celebration, recognition and networking.
Reds10 were shortlisted in two categories with Dinton Activity Centre and NetCAP up for Low Carbon Project of the Year and the company as a whole in line for Specialist Contractor of the Year.

After face-to-face review by a panel of 80 expert judges, they commented on NetCAP:
“The collaboration between MOD, [British Army, Landmarc], DIO and Reds10 drove continuous improvement in all aspects of the building performance especially the use of data collection and analysis. In a high quality field Reds10 stood out for their organisational commitment to making low carbon performance central to their business. It was an outstanding example of how a project can use modern production methods can provide wider social value supporting job creation and uk supply chain diversification.”
On the other hand, the judges had this to say about Reds10:
“This organisation was at the forefront of innovation in MMC and volumetric construction. Their approach with vertical integration delivering a full turnkey solution whilst achieving net zero on every development has highly commendable. This organisation has the opportunity to be highly successful in transforming parts of the construction industry."
